Colour Consultation

Design Concept Development
Our Design Concept Development service gives you the tools you need to create the spaces that you long for, rooms that reflect your lifestyle and tastes whilst blending cherished possessions with new finds.

​At the introductory consultation we will explore and listen to your ideas, wants and needs; together we will uncover your colour and style preferences and identify your dream 'look'.
​
We will then present you with your tailored inspiration report, incorporating a:

~ Personalised colour scheme
~ Furniture and fittings specifications
~ Soft Furnishings and Fabric suggestions,
~ Swatches and samples, and

Whilst we can't change the location, size or aspect of your home we can help to make it as appealing as possible to your target market.
Our 'fresh take' will help identify and highlight those changes, often small and inexpensive, that can make a huge difference to your home's appeal. A quick and easy option for those about to market their property or for 'stalled' sales, this service is provided either through a visit to your property or via video link. Simply walk us through your home "from the front door, to the back" while we advise you on immediate observations and improvements from the point of view of a potential buyer.

~ PROPERTY STYLING ~
When presenting your property for sale or rent it is crucial that you present it, not only beautifully, but also in a way that will appeal to your potential purchasing audience.
Always conscious of your return on investment, we will use your own fixtures and fittings as well as perhaps some other chosen pieces to style and dress your property so that it looks stunning, has a quality finish and stands out from the crowd.
You will receive:

~ A one hour face-to-face consultation at the property you wish to market, followed by
~ A bespoke styling report from Petrichor Design and Interiors which will help you understand how your property should be presented.

Then, at an agreed future date, we will then return to your home, dress and add the finishing decorative touches before @Katebuckphoto takes your professional marketing shots.

Product Sourcing
When time isn't on your side and you just can't find that cushion, picture, chair etc that you've been looking for then our product sourcing service can help.
